The leadership and staff of Sanderson Middle, Wulagi, Karama, Anula, Malak and Manunda Terrace schools meet regularly to drive Department of Education initiatives and discuss service delivery across the community.

Nemarluk School runs a satellite class at Wulagi Primary, supported by a Nemarluk teacher and SESO, with shared oversight and collaboration between both schools.
A Social & Emotional Wellbeing team support Wulagi children in class and in small groups to learn about Indigenous culture and engage fully in school. Larrakia Nation also provide cultural experiences for the school community.
